An enhanced experience with a Poolside

There are several enhancements to the exterior of the building with the English Cottage facelift. We start with the Poolside base building and add wider trim and fascia. Next, an overhang is added to the gable ends of the structure. louvered vents are used in place of the standard aluminum vents. The crossbuck is removed on the door and the door trim has an arch at the top. Hardware is also upgraded with larger, black hinges and a matching handle. Shutters and flowerboxes are upgraded to enhance the appearance.
